Our History
As a young culinarian Stephen Barck dreamed of working for a company where:
• Perfection was constantly sought.
• Inspired cuisine was only a beginning.
• Breathtaking tables were an everyday occurrence.
• Guests’ needs were anticipated and met before they were even expressed.
• A promise made was a promise fulfilled.

In short, Stephen wanted a company where owners, managers and coworkers shared one goal, one vision, one ambition…to consistently exceed clients’ loftiest expectations. In 1993, he, along with his wife, Linda DeFranco Barck, founded such a company, Tables of Content Catering. Since then, Stephen’s original vision has guided what was originally a two-person company to the forefront of New England’s special events industry.

Today, Tables of Content Catering is capable of planning and managing the most complex catered events. We are proud to be a preferred caterer for many of the most historical and prestigious venues in New England. Our service is impeccable, our attention to detail is meticulous and our work ethic tireless. With our years of catering and imaginative event planning experience, we have assisted many people in becoming perfect hosts and we have created cherished memories for a lifetime for our clients.
